hairloss very woried

I was looking for some advice to treat hair loss. im a norwood 4-5
whats the best thing to do to stop my hailoss and possibely grow some back. and how long will i be able to maitain what i have.

im of indian origin. and from the uk. thats got nothing to do with it. but i have to have an arranged marriage. its not forced or anything. but i dont think no one will marry me becuase of my hair loss.

im suppose to be seeing someone for a marrage. but i dont feel confident at all.

Some say Finisteride, some say Dutasteride.

For your case I recommend Dutasteride to stop your hairloss and maybe regrow a little bit. A stronger component for regrowth is Rogaine foam, which is very easy to use and should be used together with dutasteride. Good Luck for your hair and your marriage!

If you're a NW4/5 already I'd say you have little chance of doing anything other than maintaining what you still have left by using either finasteride or dutasteride. In the longrun a hairtransplant is probably your best (only) option for cosmetic improvement.
