Hairloss Treatment when You're Black.

So apparently, I have very early male pattern baldness. I read through to sticky and it all sounds fine and dandy, but Im curious as to whether or not propecia, nizoral, etc. have the same effects for coarse afro hair, as it does with straight hair. I feel like most hairloss advice is written with Straight haired people in mind.

Actually that stuff is best applied on a scalp with very short hair.
