Hairloss Including Transplanted Hair After Starting Trt

Hello,
I've had two FUT procedures roughly 10 years ago, I was 38 at the time. Started Propecia right after first transplant and when from a NW4 to a NW2 in two years....was awesome.

Fast forward to 2017, I'm now a NW4 with thinning all over the hairline, vertex, and crown.

I've been on TRT for 1.5 years and the hair loss just continues. The shocking part is the two transplants were placed in the forelock and midscalp which resulted in a great hairline. I have now lost my hairline and the entire midscalp is ridiculously thin.

Still taking 1mg propecia daily, 5% minoxidil 2x day, Nizoral 3x week and thinning progresses.

Is their anything I can do. Buzz cut is not an option due to two FUT scars. Thinking of another FUE procedure but the amount of loss I've sustained may not be repairable by FUE.

Thanks in advance for your advice.

I cannot quit TRT as my quality of life is significantly improved since starting.

that is interesting. I have heard that transplanted hair is actually prone to thinning in the future but its one of those facts you rarely hear being discussed. Did the loss start at the beginning of TRT?

it definitely isn't finasteride losing effectiveness since you are losing transplanted hair. It is most likely Telogen Effluvium from changes in hormone levels from TRT. TRT is kind of defeating the purpose of finasteride and working against it, don't you think? More testosterone usually means more DHT.
