Hairloss Help - Need to start regiment again!!

Hi,

I am trying to figure out a natural effective way to fix my hair loss situation. I tried using Rogaine but did not keep up with the daily regiment. I do have heredity male pattern baldness from my father. And I do not want to take drugs with side effects.

Been looking over the forum for a few days, so i figured to join and see what happens. Currently not using any products for hair loss, just progaine shampoo 2/3 times a week.

I am thinking of starting: Revivogen/Folligen, Topical spironolactone, Nizoral Shampoo, & Rogaine Foam. They cover all four steps but can be very costly.

If anyone can suggest a good regiment for me to start on again, it would be great.

Worried about the side effects of finasteride. Besides needing a prescription it can lower a man's sex drive and has other side effects.

Well finally decided to start treatment again by using Rogaine Foam 5% and Nizoral 1% Shampoo. Let's see how this goes. Will post pictures soon hopefully, trying to figure out my Norwood Scale.
