Hello,

I've been at this since like 2 years, I believe that my thinning on hairline is pretty slow but none of the less its proceeding, id settle for a total regression but no it continues..

What I have tried: finasteride...(around 1 year) the outcome from it was painful nipples..
What I am using now:spironolactone on hairline, apple poly spray, keto cream on hairline and nizoral shampoo 3 times a week..

Well, I guess it perhaps slowed down but its thinning but the hair are there but are just slowly become see through..

has anyone succeeded in halting the hairline and thickening it..since the hairs are still there but are becoming invisible..

finasteride is not an option and it didnt stop anything for me since ive been on it..

I was thinking to crush spironolactone pills into nizoral..

Unless you are using a minoxidil product the other products will be useless. You may experience decelerated hair loss but won't grow anything back without minoxidil. That's not to say it will definitely work, but minoxidil is the only product that can actually GROW the hair back.

Ok, first of all, which brand of spironolactone are you using? If you're using Dr. Lee's 5% cream, then I'd suggest replacing it as spironolactone doesn't seem to be working for you OR keeping it longer but dropping the keto cream and see how it does w/o interference from a different topical. If you don't have Dr. Lee's 5% spironolactone then I'd recommend you get that version as that seems to be the most legitimate version compared to all other places that sell them.
Second, I think you should drop the apple poly spray as I've never really heard anyone have success with this product. Instead of trying the crushed spironolactone into Nizoral tactic, I'd suggest using liquid spironolactone(to cover thinning areas outside of hairline) along with the spironolactone you use on your hairline.

yep look ata good minoxidil like MIN New York Agent....
Minoxidil worked really well for me when I was younger (too bad I stopped and started it all the time!)

Min New York Agent also contains fatty acids + copper peptides... so both DHT inhibitors and additional growth stimulents

Alternatively Minoxidil and some prox-n or tricomin should kick start a bit of growth.
