Bernstein Medical - Center for Hair Restoration Patient HNZ had Diffusee Patterned Alopecia (DPA), which is a type of androgenetic alopecia that displays intself as diffuse, or unpatterned, thinning in the front, top and crown, but with a stable permanent zone in the donor area. Patient HNZ has straight, dark brown, medium-fine hair and a low donor density of 2.0. He had a hair transplant of 2,178 follicular unit grafts and his after photos were taken 1 year after his procedure.

Thank you, Shookwun. We consider the future hair loss of a patient before recommending only the number of grafts that would produce the most natural and cosmetically pleasing results.
