I recently had a consultation with a hair transplant physican. He is listed as an expert on the popular hair transplant sites (like iahrs). Despite being impressed with the doctor's credentials and the consult, I am troubled by a couple the things.
Are these red flags?
1. The before/after photos are very old. Like pre-digital age 1980s. And there are only 10-15 photos on the clinic's site.
2. I can only find a handful of reviews for the physican. They are positive, but they are spread across several sites. None appear to be duplicates.
3. The doctor didn't discuss any other treatments. Went straight to transplant. This is a concern because I have a ton of hair, just a weak hairline.
