Been on finasteride coming up 2 mths but still losing ground unfortunately. Was hoping to get stable to consider hair transplant. I didn't expect gains but to stop loss I really hoped.

Its all hairline problem, lost about 1 inch and difuse for another inch, rest is solid. Cannot style it now without it showing and its getting worse.

Should I keep putting off the translplant or just go for it, what would you do.

I say put off the hair transplant. Stay with the program for a while. At least 6 months to a year before you really start thinking hair transplant. Shaving your head is always an option. And cheaper too. That's what I'm gonna do if it doesn't work for me. I've given myself 2 years for my hair growth experiment.

Then there's always hope on the horizon of hair multiplication in a few years time. *Crosses fingers.
