hair Thinning on Crown or Natural Pattern of Whorls

I am a 21-year-old and feel like my crown is thinning. No history of hair loss in family. I have two whorls so is that the reason for such low hair density on the crown?
Should I consult a doctor?
The pictures have been taken under direct and ample light
