Hair thinning : I need your advice please.

Hi, glad I found this forum.

I'm 42 and my hair is thinning on top of my head. I posted 3 pictures I've just taken this morning. So, should I start (or continue) worrying about a possible hair loss?

Looks like male pattern baldness of the "female" variety to me (thin down the middle). Finasteride is definitely your best hope.
