hair systems and wearing hats does it work?

can you wear baseball caps and beanies on top of your hair systems (without them being very loose)? is it bad for the unit, or perhaps even good due to keeping sun away?

is it too hot?

I do this. No problem for me.

In warmer weather it can be different during sweating of course.

This is probably even suggested when it comes to being out in the super hot sun. Don't want the unit color fading or worse, the bond breaking down. Though I feel it would still be pretty hot under there..

Yes, I almost always wear a hat in the sun, but other than for hair system reasons, avoid it as much as possible.

Heat can cause the adhesive to get a bit sticky, as soon as you cool off, it tends to be ok.

It's just a shame bc I like to lay out in the summer and get a tan. Having to wear a hat would leave me with a pretty awkward white and red forehead
