Hi Guys,

This is my first post on the forums....
I am now 30 years old and started going bald around 22/23, I had my first hair transplant when I was 24 using the strip method and have had 2 FUE's since then. All in all I think I have had roughly 6000 grafts.
My problem is that my hair is now very thin looking with the grafts 2/3 and up to 5mm apart.
I use nanogen on a daily basis to help cover up this problem but it is getting to the stage where the hair is just to thin to give a decent looking coverage.
Donor hair is pretty much non existent due to previous surgeries and from what I have read biofibre looks like a no go.
This may well be a silly question, but here goes.....
Is there anywhere out there that can attach groups of 2 or 3 hairs (real or artificial) directly to the scalp to basically fill in the gaps that I have? My way of thinking is that if you can attach one large base to the scalp using adhesive, why cant you attach lots of little bases??? I understand that this may be time consuming and more expensive but surely there must be somewhere out there that can do this.
PS - I would just shave my head if it werent for the big smile across the back of it
& I would just wear a normal hair system if I did not play football every week in front of large crowds.

Thanks
