Hey all, I don't know if this is the right forum to post these questions in but here goes!
I've got thinning hair and been using hair fibres for years. It was always a good option until the past year when my hairline started to recede a lot
I'm now looking into hair replacement systems and definitely into getting the most realistic top-of-the-line one I can get. However, I have this anxiety about them that I'm trying to overcome (if possible).
My question is all about the bonding of these systems. The idea of having something glued to my skin 24/7 makes me anxious. I'm a little worried about the chemicals used in these adhesives and what side effects they may have (short and long-term). Is there such a thing as a natural adhesive? If not, can you use any kind of scalp protector that is natural or non-toxic to prevent direct contact between my skin and the adhesive? Is that even a good idea if I want my scalp to "breathe"? This concern is the only thing that has stopped me from going to get a hair system already - any advice or guidance into what my options are would be greatly appreciated
Many thanks!
