Hi, have suffered from male pattern baldness for circa 20 years and not been too concerned until recently. I was made redundant from my media job a few months ago, which if any of you work in the industry know that it's not easy for a forty-someting to find re-employment anymore. Having been to a number of interviews I get the feeling that I am being interviewed by people who can't remember life before the web. I have never felt conscious about my hair before, have it cropped short, but now feel this may be something that is making me look older. I got a decent redundancy package from my old job and am now thinking that I should maybe look at some hair loss solutions. Not keen on a wig but maybe looking for either a transplant or have heard as I wear my hair short they can maybe tattoo my head to look like hair...is this right? Not sure where to start so if anyone has any good suggestions for reputable transplant surgery or tattooing clinics in London please let me know.

I would say the same as my father told me: Go try the meds before you go for the hairtransplantation.

There's no need to put your hairs from one side to the other if you get use meds and get more hair, right? hair transplantation should only be used when you are actually quite bald and the other options aren't doing **** for you. The tattoos I'm not so keen on since it's not really hair so it won't grow when you get longer hair.
