hair loss on the mid front section but not vertex?

Hi everyone, i am 34yrs old guy with hair thinning out when I was about 30. But the bald area is getting pretty big, about 3"x 3"and can't be covered. But the funny thing is my bald area is on the mid front section, not vertex( where the whorl are??), and my hair line still looks ok. Do I consider myself as Male Pattern Baldness? Also I have no family history of hair loss.
