i'm 24 years old with good head of hair, i thinned out a bit in the temporal area but thats because of use of some anabolic substance :shakehead: .. on the THE NORWOOD/HAMILTON SCALE im not even a full 2. my dad has thin hair but not fully bald, on my moms side all my uncles and grampa are bald , some worst than other. my hair grows super fast and i get a hair cut every week. i'm happy with the hair i have and just wanna hold on to what i have. so i did some research and came up with list of stuff ... let me know what u think . Thanks

I wouldn't touch finasteride due to the slight risks, but mainly due to the cost....unless you are balding.

As insurance I'd just stick to nizoral/Revita, and topical spironolactone if you feel like it. (But will be hard to know where to put it if you're not balding...obviously the temples would be the most sensible place).
