Unfortunately brother, it definitely looks like temple recession.
When do you believe that you began to experience hair loss?
I see that you say you use dutasteride in your regimen. Why dutasteride? Apart from the obvious, what is the motivation at such a young age? You were previously using Finasteride? Do you not feel that you are experiencing sides?
