Hair Loss Because Of My Tight Glasses

hi,

I have had parchy hairs on the sides of my head for about a year now and only in the region that my glasses go over. My glasses were too tight for a while i believe.

Will this hair which has fallen out grow back, and is there anything i can do to stimulate this or quicken the process? Thanks.

If hair fell because of pressure then it will grow back on its own.

When I worked in a goldmine I had a ring off hairlessness on my legs right where the boots ended. That hair came back in a few months.
