My hair is thinning but not receding mostly on frontal region, but i experience itch and im able to pull sometimes even 7-10 hairs easily,if i want i can pull more then 30 hairs right now.Light pull is more then enough,is there any specific reason for that ? also it happenes on the sides and back, but its rare, its mostly on the top.The hair that falls out seem to never grow back.

male pattern baldness is actually pretty simple to diagnose if you pay attention to it. Your either seeing obvious thinning or recession or your not. If you see hair that is thinner or bald patches then its male pattern baldness. Big 3 or bust.
Its like 95 percent or higher that if your male over 20 years of age and you notice hair loss then its male pattern baldness. Its just overwhelmingly likely to the point its barely worth exploring other things. Its just statistically not anything else.

Well, you're probably right but its weird that itchness causes my hair loss.I can literally feel the spot of itch and the hair or even 5-6+ falls out on the exact spot. Also its happening on the sides and back, its weird. And the hair should miniaturize,my hairs look healthy and has white bulbs on it.It started like 2 years ago,its falls out so easily and seem to never grow back
