I'm 17 and recently finished a 6 month treatment of accutane. In the last two months my hair has thinned dramatically. My hair is falling out a lot more when I shower and when I run hands through it. It seems to be all over my head and I have no receding hairline. Dad has bald spot on crown but is 50. Moms side has no history of hair loss. Do u think it's male pattern baldness or something else. I'm a male btw.

Post pictures of your hair. I have heard of accutane causing temporary hair loss.

Looks like a normal crown to me. Just keep an eye on it.
