Hey guys long time reader first time posting ...

I'm 22 and have been balding since i was 17, i would say i am currently a norwood 2.5 ... maybe a 2. I have been on propecia for about 6 months now and i have been using nizoral for about 3 months now. I would say i no longer really see any hair on the shower, i used to see a bunch of hairs on my palm after shampooing, now all i see is 1 maybe 2.

When i get out of the shower though i usually hair dry my hair with a towel because it is the easiest to get my hair the way i want it when it is kind of wet, i can cover up most of the almost gone hair spots, put some hair spray and my hair is set for the day. The only problem is i always see a bunch of hairs on the towel after i dry it. Was just wondering if these are hairs that i probably would have lost during the day or am i doing myself more harm by towel drying. Also does hairspray have any effect on hairloss?

just wondering if anyone else goes through a similar situation when trying to get their hair ready for the day as well ...

thanks!

It depends how rough you're being. Very rough handling will pull out hairs and/or break/damage hair, but moderate rubbing with a towel isn't going to do much.

My opinion is that it's best to be very gentle with hair.
