Please explain how he faked it?

I say the picture is real. How he grew the hair and if it will work on me
is a another set of questions.

I guess that's true. But how do you explain the new hair? Those hairs are not dots. I am good at photoshop, I could not make a picture like that.

I visited him last week, and saw his hair in person. The hair is real. That's my point.
