When I shower/shampoo it seems that my hair roots do not get wet and my scalp seems kind of dry as well. No matter how long I stay in the shower and rub on the shampoo and water it seems that about 1cm of the bottom hair won't get wet.
Now I'm asking myself if regaine might have the same problem and won't reach my hair roots / scalp as when I apply it directly on the scalp, spread it a bit with my fingers, I end up with wet ends on my hair but the hair roots/scalp seem kind of dry again.
Not sure what's going on here, my hair does not appear greasy at all so I do not understand why the bottom hair should be "water resistant".
I also tried several oil-removing shampoos and what not in order to clean the scalp but nothing seems to work.
Does anybody have similar effects with their hair and has been using minoxidil successfully? Hmm.. Maybe it does get wet but it just looks dry for some reason ?! :freaked:
