whatever happened to tht guy in mexico who said he developed and was performing hc procedures? was that all bs, or was he legit?

Its Dr. Carl Bazan. We don't know if he's legit until he publishes his work and comes forward with the procedure. He has stated it will be Sept 2004. Dr. Gho seems to think a lot more work still needs to be done before then but we'll have to wait and see.
