Gyno surgery

How painful is gyno surgery really ? Unfortunately due to certain reasons (not related to finasteride or any hair loss drug) I've developed gyno.

1. How painful is chest/breast are after surgery, and several days after ?
2. Do you need to use painkillers and for how long ?
3. What about wearing special compression belt or corset around chest, how many days do you have to wear it ?
4. Do you have to take antibiotics and how many days after sugery...

Hey man how bad is your gyno ??
My brother had gyno from steroid use, and used Letrozole (an Aromatase inhibitor) along with Nolvadex (a SERM) and it virtually disappeared, without surgery.
