I read that taking propecia can give you Gyno..

i have been taking propecia for 5 days
i am 18 yrs old...
ever since i hit puberty as far as i can remember i had a slight Gyno ..
i have puffy nipples with a small lump underneath my nipples..

AT THE MOMENT it does not bother me since i workout and you cannot tell as much.. BUT i do not want my gyno to get worse while on propecia

My concern is will my gyno get worse if i take propecia since i already have a tiny amount of Gyno ?
my Gyno as stayed the same for the past 5-6 years ... BTW I SELF DIAGNOSED MYSELF with gyno since i have puffy medium sized nipples and when it gets cold it goes into normal size and i have a slight lump underneath it like a size of a single green peas.

Also any suplements i can take to combat getting gyno?

If it hasn't gone already then Surgey is the only way.

No aromatuse inhibitors will get rid of gyno once present. Most they are able to do is shrink while on.

Your chest may get a little fatter while on finasteride but I doubt your gyno will grow any bigger. Nothing a little workout/weightless can cure

i was reffering to the chest fat people tend to gain while on finasteride, not gyno, just actual fatty tissue that occurs due to the way fat distribution takes place when you raise estrogen. actual gland is a whole different story.

That's pseudo-gyno if it's just fat. And can be reduced with weightloss/training. Actual gyno is glandular tissue and no amount of training will budge it. There are people on the bodybuilding forums who use SERMs such as Raloxifene to prevent and even reverse gyno. Assuming it is still early stage and squishy tissue rather than hard, fibrotic lumps. Those drugs are pretty ****ty though and would accelerate your hairloss.

i first handedly got rid of early onset of gyno with letro. although i do still have the glands ive managed to shrink 95% of my tissue nonexistant. I then hopped back on finasteride after finishing that cycle and gained a little chest fat, but tissue is still nowhere to be found. What i did notice though is that i had pre existing gyno and finasteride had def irritated it a little so it grew, not by much at all though. For some people, they will get pseudogyno on finasteride and others may get some real tissue, the tissue will never grow to a crazy extent because the hike in estrogen is minimal, but for someone who was already pushing the estrogen border, they may develop some tissue.

Gyno is rubberish feeling.
If it's squishy it's fat
