Guys, So I've Had Diffusing Norwood 2.75 For Some Time Now, But Im Also Losing Hair On Sides

i cant get it, i always had densely packed sides of my head

and norwood scale doesnt progress to the sides, it only affects top

but my sides diffused also, i dont understand it

also how bad do you rate my diffuse pattern and is there any chance with this speed of loss that i wont go bald without finasteride?

in the end added couple of pictures, how it was when i was 17 and one picture with short hair how it was 2 years ago

time to get on finasteride and wait for hair transplant if my donor area is ok for it?

Norwood scale is pretty sh*t, it just gives you a picture of the progression. Thinning on the sides is very common, especially when it comes to advanced hair loss. But even in older guys who doesn't suffer from male pattern baldness you'll see a lot of them have thinner sides. Receding temple points is also common.
