Guys Is This Retrograde Or Alopecia Areta ?

Lately i’ve noticed that my areata spots are coming back, it started with my beard.

now i’ve found this sh*t right above my ear, is this areata or retrograde. Please provide input, i’ve recently noticed it.

Honestly it just looks like a normal "space" caused by you pulling your hair in two directions. How does it look when it's laying normally?

It looks normal when laying around but when i run my hand i find this patch as empty. I figured it after i was feeling slight unusal there, little heated and bumpy.
