Cant see the video either but it reminds me of a documentary I saw last year about scientists using stem cells (it looked like a white powder) applied to the remaining part of amputees' limbs and seeing a small amount of regrowth...a guy who had lost a finger had regrown about an inch of it! Not amazing but maybe down the line they'll perfect it and we can regenerate our hair/scalps in some way.
