Your total testosterone level is high. You should check the bioavailable testosterone level as well. What did the doctor say? Muscle loss and chronic fatigue may be caused by something else. I would check adrenal hormones and thyroid hormones.

Do you still have morning erections? Have you noticed any changes in erection strength? Increased refraction period? Your estrogen level is within range, but it's high. The sexual side effects from Propecia are caused by increased estrogen level, and if this is the case, you need to use an aromatase inhibitor to correct the hormone ratios, if it doesn't solve itself within 2 - 3 weeks - or else you risk developing secondary hypogonadism.

I find it hard to believe that you'd have noticeable muscle wasting in merely a week. If you did, then I have my doubts that it had anything to do with finasteride.

Thank All for your great comments, I start the finasteride at July/2010 and quiting at 18th of June/2011 because I got a crash(loss libido and fell very tired) that day. The 10kg weigh loss is by about three monthes(Apr, May and June). I am very scared after read the PropeciaHelp. I got the blood testing at 2011/6/25.

It's gloomy that doctor said the hospital only do the six items testing, they cannot do the bioavailable testosterone level testing...

After quit the finasteride, sometimes I have morning erections, but the strength is very weak. Also the the refraction period is increased. It seem I even can not get my dick erectie without the sexy Japanese movie.

Currently I have quit finasteride about three weeks, i daily take MACA(500mg) and l-arginine(3000mg), but it seems the sides effects do not wear off, am I need add ZINC also? When i need add ARIMIDEX?

Thanks a lot!

Yes they can, it's calculated from total testosterone, SHBG and albumin.

Your estrogen level has increased if your morning erections are weaker. Increased refraction period means that your prolactin level has increased as well. This affects your libido negatively too, and it will be harder to get an erection, and sustain it. Your prolactin looks alright on paper, but you may use 0.25 cabergoline twice a week for a week to take care of it. Get on zinc picolinate as soon as possible, if you took the last Propecia pill 3 weeks ago. Use 50 mg once a day before bed. It works as an aromatase inhibitor. Quit treatment immediately when you get a solid morning erection. Don't use Arimidex.

Thank you for your prompt reply.

Any ideas for the chronic fatigue, may cause by low cortisol levels OR thyroid levels?

and why not Arimidex?

Because the drug is very potent. Too low estrogen level causes a lot of problems as well, like loss of morning erections and libido, and it'll give you ED, or make you impotent.

Hm? 100 mcg Arimidex (1/10 of a tablet) is more potent than 50 mg zinc, according to my experience.

No, I won't recommend Femara. It's a potent prescription AI too.

Why do you want to use an AI anyway? Your dick works, doesn't it? Messing around with a potent AI, could easily lead to loss of libido and ED/impotence.

Rogaine is sh*t, and Propecia fucked me up really bad.

If that's the case, there is no point in using an AI... It would probably make it hell of a lot worse.

You should do a blood test, and post the numbers in a new thread. Check LH, FSH, testosterone (total and free), estrogen, prolactin and SHBG.
