Last year noticed a bizarre patch on the top of my head.

All my life I've had a set of thick hair, and about this time last year I noticed a bit of thinning on the side (which I'm fine with) however the patch on the top of my head is worrying.

Is this a result of male pattern baldness or could it be due to a completely other issue (perhaps lack of nutrients, iron etc). Or am I just grasping on straws here?

Based on what you see, do you think I'll hold onto my hair by 30.

Man, based on the 4th picture, I'm amazed you even have to ask, in the other combover pics you look great! But that 4th picture you couldn't mistake it for anything but male pattern baldness

there is some diffuse thinning , but i don't think his hairline is Norwood 3
He pretty much has an isolated forelock... past NW3 I'd say. But then he has very thick hair and his crown is totally intact. It's an unusual pattern, sometimes called the Nordic pattern. My dad has that pattern, very good for hair transplants.

Get on finadteride stat. You will need a Bradley Cooper type Armani frontal hair transplant
