Hi, I just turned 18. I have always been conscious about my looks health and stuff. So I have tried to keep my hair good.
thing is, my dad is 50 and he's lost a lot of hair, he went through a transplant but it wasn't that good. My mothers family side 2 of her brothers have a head full of hair but 2 are completely bald. My moms dad went bald as well. My dads dad also went bald and my dads brothers have better hair then my dad though.
Recently i have been seeing a lot of hair falling out in the shower, now I dont know why. When I run my hand through my hair very rarely a hair comes out, if one comes out its because it got tangled and pulled. I have medium length hair, not too long short but not too long either. Have kind of like a fringe.
Here's the problems i am having
Head is itching a lot, I thought it might be dandruff or head lice. My little sister had lice a while ago and i think i may have gotten it from her. So I have ordered this nit comb and I'll try and get rid of the lice.
I am thinking maybe i also have dandruff. so i grew a nail out and then i would scrap it on my head and would get this white powerdish in my nails. Sebbhoreic dermatitis dandruff, I dont know what this is. I am going to get the Neutrogena T/Sal i have heard it helps with scalp build up like this.
I have started using Nizoral also but it doesnt seem like its working.. it feels like it shreds my hair more and leaves them looking oily and ****ty.
I am thinking of starting propecia soon if my hair fall doesnt stop after getting rid of head lice and scalp build up. am i too young to be starting at 18? I have a head full of hair and I dont want to lose it EVER lol.
I am located in Canada if that helps.
