getting back into shape after surgery

Whats up guys.

I had knee surgery last november due to an injury that happened early in the fall. I am finally back on my two feet and walking around but I am severly out of shape. I am a naturally skinny dude, but I have got a pudge on my stomach and lost muscle mass since I was pretty much immobile for a while.

What the f*** should I do to jump start myself back into shape?
I am still working on my physical therapy for my leg to get my quads and hamstring back. Upper body routines would be greatly appreciated. Shoulders back and chest.

hey badasshairday
Good to see you want to get back into shape.

I would suggest doing back and bicepson monday
Tuesday - off
Wednesday - chest and triceps
Thursday - off
Fri - off
Sat - shoulders
Sun - off
you can find all the exercises you need at http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/exercises.htm

I just do shoulders at the end of one of those two workouts.

i personally like to give shoulders a day on there own, i also do traps after shoulders. I think they are very important if you want to be wide...

For starters go to the gym and do whatever you want and don't have a regimen.

Just get used to going and have some fun. Break the body back in. Enjoy being sore and knowing that your getting back in the game.

Then once that wears off start getting serious and maybe then consider a regimen.
