Getting a transplant when very BALD or early hairloss stage

My story ... I have written...... transplant 16 months ago...

have done wonderful ....

had much hair when transplant done...

now that the origial locks are beginning to fall out; a 2nd procedure someday may be in the picture.

those who wait to get a transplant when basically all hair is gone i would think fare better in the uniformity game ...if you can hold on that long to
go under the knife ..

Or you can get on a good regimen to try and keep your original hair.

we had a good regimen; but didn't work

nizoral,
minoxidil

now at the 2 year stage almost

the transplant worked wonders; but much of the hair remaining before transplant has left me.

i guess if you can tolerate being at an advanced norwood scale before you get a transplant..... you may be much happier .....

the thing is ... if you undergo a 2nd transplant - it could look very weird from the back as the donor area can only look ... strange/weird .... out of balance with the rest of your head ....

damned if ya do ..........damned if............... (lol)

I would think FUE could solve some of the donor problem as far as getting multiple transplants. Of course the expense could be prohibitive.
