New product from genhair is the highly controversial flutamide in a topical cream. I hope it is similar to flutagel, i am going to order 6 months worth and trial it to replace to spironolactone i am currently using as it is a much more potent anti-androgen and early signs are spironolactone aint strong enough for my hairloss!

This is assuming by "early" you mean you've waited at least 12 months without any other changes to your regimen, and by "strong enough" you mean it hasn't maintained (versus regrown) your hair. Antiandrogens are for maintaining, and work passively, so they take several hair cycles to even begin to maintain. Just wanted to clarify this. If you haven't been doing topical spironolactone for almost a year without any other additions or modifications to your regimen, then you can't safely conclude that its not doing its job.

fair comment and i take your point.

When i last used a gel based version of flutamide i saw a very good improvment (both thickening of existing hair and regrowth at the temples) after only a few months, since i know a flut and nanominox combo already works i want to get back to it and hope that it works as before.

How much does it cost.

And is topical Flutamide safe or unsafe? I mean I've read things (From the companies) saying it is completely side affect free...but then read other things.

6 months worth ordered!!

Would there be any point in using flutamide and spironolactone cream and nanominox-fms? or will flut be enough anti androgen>

Did you confirm that this is indeed a cream? Genhair refers to all of their liquid products as "lotions".

Liquid has arrived, not too bad actually, fairly 'thick' for a liquid and easy to apply. Can't wait for 6 months to go by, just hope it has same reaction as last time.

New Regimen is
Flutamide 2% in the morning
Nanominox-fms about lunchtime
Flutamide 2% about 8pm
Nanominox-fms about 10:30pm
