Is generic4all (online pharmacy) reliable?

I want to start on dutas and both unitedpharmacies and inhouse dont ship to my country anymore.

Yup, also it's sister pharmacy Pharm4All, which is a bit more expensive but free shipping.

Check out pharmacyreviwer.com, it has all trust worthy pharmacies and blacklisted (scam) ones listed.

Generic4All has over 300 reviews on that site, it's legit.

Don't know if you're still shopping around or not...but 4rx.com also sells generic dutasteride, and it's legit. You get it in tablet form, which is sweet because you can half or quarter it to ease into dutasteride at a lower dosage.
