Hi all
Have been reading this forum for ages, thanks to all that contribute, it is good to have all this info on the subject. While researching, I came across a few quirks which lead me to believe the solution is out there, just not open to the public. Perhaps I am wrong, maybe someeone can answer my quirks
(1)When we're in our teens, we have a lot of testosterone, but our hair is fine. Then at some point all these 5AR chaps come about and cause the formation of DHT. So if u had health hair for the first 16 (or whatever) years of your life, could it not be restored ?
(2)Propecia claims to block one type of 5AR only, yet taking .5mg will decrease scalp DHT quite a bit. Saw Palmetto blocks both, but does nothing? So it seems that there is nothing on God's green earth to block both EFFECTIVELY other than a drug that blocks most of the wrong type anyway ?
(3)We have graphs showing the amount of serum & scalp DHT reduced when taking Propecia, but no clinical evidence is available for Saw Palmetto / Lignans / Beta Sitosterol in terms of how much scalp DHT is reduced. All this because people say tests have'nt been done, male pattern baldness is a huge market, surely some company can finance that study ?
Hope someone can help me get my head around these... It baffles me to no end how the corporate world confuses average people.
Thx
