Full recovery from big 3?

4 months into finasteride- started minoxidil 2 1/2 years ago when i very first noticed thinning.

Has anybody here fully recovered from the big 3 to where their hair looks like it did pre-thinning?

Rare for most receders to gain ground, though a real possibility for diffuse thinners. I'd say only nw2's have a chance for full recovery.
