Do you lose hair follicles from the back of your head when you have an FUE transplant? Does this mean the back of your head gets thinned out and transplanted to the crown, or will all your hair from the back of your head grow again?
The hair follicles are excised from the donor area therefore will not grow back. There will be some thinning, however not noticeable if performed correctly.
