I'm interested to get FUE at some point in the next 2-3 years judging from how my hair loss is progressing, and I had a few basic questions:
- Since I only have so much hair and want an excellent outcome, I value going to the most experienced doctor I can. It seems like many of the experienced doctors are in Europe. I'm in California - are there any in North America or should I plan to go to Europe/Turkey for the most excellent outcome?
- Does it make sense to wait as long as I can? I figure it can't hurt, and also might make implanting easier if the area to implant is thinner?
- Does FUE require high hair density? My hair density seems average at best.
- How far in advance do I need to start contacting clinics for consults? Are there big waiting lists?
Thanks for the info.
