I am sorry. Maybe you can still try to save up to get a hair transplant eventually. I am 20 now about to turn 21 and I am afraid that I may be starting to experience recession or frontal thinning and I have a dermatologist appointment scheduled for this summer to talk about it. Many people are hesitant to take finasteride because there have been reports of it causing sexual dysfunction or other hormonal issues, but I personally think it is worth the risk and I will try to go on it if the doctor says I am losing hair.
