Alright I have been reading through alot of these topics and it seems like some of us take this harder then others. Now that I have found this site and could get some things off my chest I am somewhat happy about that.

I am not sure how some of yous guys got to the point of male pattern baldness not bothering you as much..... Is it time/ the fact some have a serious girl by your side.

I hear alot on here about excersing getting big/tan and that MIGHT overshadow it but for me it didnt/doesnt. I feel whats the first thing a chick looks at its your head not your body I mean if we can go clubbing/walking around shirtless yeah it would help some of us but we cant.

I am sooooo freakin frusterated I just want to hear how some are dealing with this on a daily basis. The only time I am not thinking about it is when I am training or in the ring with a client.

Thank you

It all depends on when male pattern baldness starts to really tell. I can imagine that a young man aged 21 who starts to lose his hair is in a much worse position than someone who has been losing hair but at a very slow rate.

I'm 36 and noticed hair loss when I was mid mid 20's. I was married and was happy. It did not really bother me to be honest. I suppose the only reason it bothers me now is that I am single (not because of hair loss, I left her) but at the same time I have met a great girl so things don't seem to bad.

It really just depends on what age it hits you. Ok, yes I'm bothered at 36 but it's not the end of the world for me. Someone who is 21, now that would be difficult to bear and understandably.

But at the same time they have hope. There are proven treatments out there and if you are bothered then you will explore those treatments to help the hair loss.

Hair loss can affect people of all ages at different times in their lives. I just think the later it affects you the better you can deal with it.
