Front line skin bumbs after french hair system

Hello,

I had a swiss hair system for several years then the china factory send it the wrong product ,a french lace. I ware it since 2 months now but I think the thickness of it stretched the skin and left me with strange sking bumbs. I wonder if this is permanent and if anyone had this issue

You've probably not laid it down flat enough on the hairline before attaching it. Just check that. Or it's got some small wrinkles in out. Or maybe too much glue on those points, causing the bumps.
