from finasteride to Dus

Well I have been shedding a S*** load the past few weeks. I was taking 1.25 of finasteride and apply minoxidil twice a day (5%) all was good and then bang outa no where shed hit me and lost a lot of density...so I got some Dus and was thinking of trying this, what is the most common dosage, should i go with one tab a day 0.5mg or whats the view on this......

Just so desperate to do something.....on another point is it worth get a stronger minoxidil (10%)
