First off all I wanted to say that ive been wearing hair for the past 4 years
starting with swiss lace and moving to a 0.03 thinskin
So I've ordered a unit from a well known & reputated place.
It has all been fine until lately, the last one ive gotten was very good at start - but then the base became darker and so noticeable You cant go out with it - it happend progressively starting at a few days later, to 2 weeks, and then the last result is on 3 weeks
At first I did not understand what happened, i contacted the sellers support and he said that he has never seen anything like it - and he checked on with the manifacturer - testing the color, the lot, technican and stuff - and got a reply that theres nothing wrong with the units.
So he tolld me that its probably one of your product that causes that, maybe one of them was fake? or bad? (im using c-22,isopropyl alcohol, ghostbond/walker ultra hold, and PHL or remysoft shampoo & conditioner - which are all considered good and trusted)
Even tho I used the same products on my last hair system - i went ahead and ordered a new line of products, trusting the person and his tests. products were ordered from PHL themselves (Ghost buster, Shampoo & conditioner, Ghost bond Platinum, a new isopropyl alcohol of a different manufacturer ,and also a davlyn black) So i switched all products to new ones. But then it kept getting worse, the color of the system went off quickly, the base got stained harder. after using all the new products for a week, and than removing the system and using some of the ghost buster ive noticed color all over the paper towel - the seller says the dmg might have been done already by a previous product of mine. The seller offered me 50% off my next unit order or a refund if i return him my system plus other one - without solving any of my problems -stating that - if you dont trust me and my products - i dont want any business with you.
now im left frustrated, stuck with a stained system which lost color insanely and cannot be exposed - only 3 weeks after. anxiety all over.

tryed everything - nothing helps
Now I have another unit from this seller, and I really dont know what to do.
Has anybody ever encountered or seen anything like it? stained base - hair dropping color? - what do I do? I feel really bad - and just wanna solve it.
What could it be?
