freaking hairline

why is my hairline thinning out so fast after I began with the BIG3, is it just a shed or what? approaching month 4

These hairs at the hairline would be the next to be lost. So the ones that are likely to shed.

lost for good? or just a normal shed like on the other areas of the head, the front have gotten worse since the start of finasteride and nizoral, my hair was'nt getting worse before treatments, but when I started the density dropped a tiny bit

"Shedding" is by definition (as I understand it) a good sign. These hairs at the hairline will be replaced by new hairs that push them out. So it should improve in the next time. Keep us updated !

okay, thanks , one last thing. my hairloss has never involved any gradual thinning, two years ago I suddenly noticed that my hair have lost 60% of it's density, lost haircount, and it didn't get worse since then. But what happened to those hairs that where lost, did the follicles die or something? so I have not suffered from follicle shrinking, they dropped dead instead
