I would like to hear your "story", please, and most importantly:

-1- Do you feel your scalp condition and hair loss are related?
-2- What did you do to alleviate your scalp condition? And did this help slow down your hair loss?

Thank you.

1. Yes, I attribute this to the high androgen activity due to unhelthy nutrition and some mineral deficiency
2. Ketoconazole, supplements

I have seborrheic dermatitis in mild form on full body (started in late puberty). In cold seasons it's getting worse. On scalp it appeared only in 2016 - exactly at the same time when my hairloss started. I use only ketoconazole 2% (cheap version of nizoral), multivitamins and different supplements, including flax seeds oil and pumpkin seeds oil. They made my skin very soft and healthy. I am also don't eat refined sugar and white bread in that big amounts like before. I try to avoid fat and spicy food either.
