For Those Considering Extreme Hair Loss Treatments

Hi guys!
Recently I've seen threads with extreme hormone altering treatments. People taking estradiol, sprionalactone and cypro acetate orally all at the same time. I want to make the suggestion, if you really considering doing a regimen like this, start with a topical version.
There was a thread with a guy from turket that made a solution of diane-35 and spironalactone which seemed to be very succesful, altough i can't find it.

I think a good option would be to formulate a solution like that with estradiol, spironolactone and cypro in low concentration. Take low testo to counter the feminizing effects from systemic absorption, finasteride against dht, topical tamoxifen on the chest and maybe low amounts of oral arimidex. This should minimize the risk of permanent side effects compared to oral treatment. Only do this a couple of months until you get sufficient/max regrowth and then try to maintain the hair with finasteride or any other dht-inhibitor.
And also get supervision from doctor and check your blood hormones during the treatment.

What you guys think of this approach? (before starting/alternative to oral treatment)

I'm kinda woried for you guys doing the oral treatment. Although you made a good analysis of the situation and a personal decision based on the risk/reward I think many people will regret their decision if they get permenant side effects, which is much possible.

I agree. I wish I could take this kind of stuff, however I get mild gyno from Finasteride. Gonna <10% body fat to see if I can counter the estrogen.

I plan to try topical dutasteride and estrogen. Will see pretty quickly if too much goes systemic... Still less extreme than oral.

Lol no legit Doctor is going to want anything to do with this kind of thing. A lot of dudes can't even find a doctor who will prescribe finasteride.
