I thought they used T-Gel?

This is from the methods section of the 2-year Propecia study by Merck:

"Patients received a study shampoo (Neutrogena T/Gel) for standardization of shampoo used and for prophylaxis of seborrheic dermatitis, which might affect scalp hair growth."

Ok...I thought they used nizoral..My bad....So back to the question...Is 1% the same as 2% for hairloss?? Because 1% comes in a way bigger bottle and is cheaper..

yes, I don't want to dig up the small study, but the results for 1% and 2% in a 50 man trial were about the same for both over 6 months. Some guys on here use the 2% just to be safe. The 2% is more irritating to some. If you don't get irritation, and have plenty of money, why not do the 2%?

How much is nizoral?

Can you buy it in the UK?

And also, how does it help with hairloss? Isn't it the same as head & shoulders?

H&S is terrible, it does nothing for my SD/inflammation. The best ones I found that at least work for me is Nizoral (1% as 2% is too irritating) T-Gel + when I need it and Lo-Prox (perscription only) which works supremely well if you have massive inflammation.
