This is my first post here after Ive been reading for about a month I decided to intercat.
Here is my Story: I first realized thin hair at 17 years of age and started with a Coffein therapy in a German product called Alpecin, Then 1 year later ( I still have full hair but slightly thin at the vertex and in the front) I got to know Minoxodil really good, I sued it for around 8 month didn't see good results due that it was not Regaine I stopped it around April 07- then I discovered last august Propecia (Finesteride).
Actually Finestride is amazing, soon I saw amazing improvements and thicker hair I combined it in October 07 with Regaine till Jan/Feb 08 until Regaine was empty.These 3-4 month I achieved the best hair I had in the past 3- 4 years.
I had to stop the medication for around 2 month due that they were not there where I buy them and I have to tell you that I went back to stage 3 or 4 if I were at stage 10 Really bad
1- A pharmacists advised me to try Foltene and he said your hair will not fall after 3 month when u stop it like Regaine ?? IS this true should I get it or stick to Regaine??
2- Like you read above when I stopped the medication for 2 month I lost allot of hair, does this mean that I have to use these medicines all of my life ??
3- Aren't there any therapies that can protect the regrown hair (either regrowed via Regaine or Propeica)??
Im back to Propecia for one month now What should I get Flotene or Regaine again?
